    Brian reads every message personally and replies within two business days. If your timing is urgent, say so — we'll move accordingly.

    30-minute discovery call.

    We meet by video. The goal is mutual fit: where your family business is, what's pulling you to reach out, and whether this practice is the right next step.

    Proposal and engagement letter.

    If we're a fit, we send a proposal that fits the engagement shape (Health Assessment, Full Engagement, or Strategic Retainer) and an engagement letter for signature.

    We start.

    Most engagements begin within two weeks of the proposal. The first deliverable — diagnostic, assessment kickoff, or initial strategy session — is on the calendar before we close the discovery loop.
